  1. Candidates are advised, in their own interest, to go through the Instructions contained herein before actually filling in the details.
  2. BOPEE is seeking registration details from such candidates who have been allotted seat in 1st round of counselling and have joined their respective institutions. However those candidates who did not get any seat in the 1st round of counselling can also register themselves.
  3. No counselling fee is to be paid by the candidates who have already made payment during the 1st round of counselling. However, payment is to be made by those candidates who did not do so during 1st round of counselling.
  4. Before registering for 2nd round of counselling candidates have to give an undertaking to effect that:-
    1. He/She is aware of the conditions of the upgradation round and undertake to abide by the same.
    2. He/She is willing to participate in the 2nd round of counselling and shall accept the seat allotted in case of upgradation.
    3. If He/She is upgraded as per the preference given on the basis of merit, the seat allotted shall be deemed to be vacated.
  5. Candidates can login with the same Username and Password created earlier.
    1. Procedure to give undertaking:
    2. Clink on “Click here for appearing in 2nd round of counselling.!”
    3. After clicking on the link an undertaking will be displayed.
    4. Clink on check box “I have read the instructions”
    5. After doing so a message will be displayed “your request for appearing in 2nd round of counselling is saved.
    6. Click on close button
  6. Submitting Preferences:
    1. Candidate must lock the preferences before the last date; candidates will not be able to lock their choices after the last date.
    2. Click on “Subject” link after logging in.
    3. Select disciplines candidate wants to apply and then click on “Select” button.
    4. Selected disciplines available in the college will be shown in the “disciplines available box”
    5. Candidates are advised to select disciplines as per their preferences from “disciplines available box” and clicking on “>>” button to set their preferences, disciplines chosen will be shown in the “disciplines assigned box” with preference selected.
    6. If a candidate wants to remove the preference he/she can do so by selecting the preference from “disciplines assigned box” and clicking on “<<” button.
    7. Preferences select by the candidate will be saved automatically; candidate will get the operations performed by him/her whenever he/she logs in to the Application.
    8. Candidate can also see the preview of the preferences selected by him/her by clicking on “Preview” button and can also take the print out of the same for their perusal.
    9. Candidate can add and delete preferences anytime but before last date and before locking their preferences.
    10. If candidate wants to lock his/her choices, click on “Submit” button; a preview of choices will be shown and if he/she is satisfied with his/her preferences locked him/her then by clicking on “Submit” button the Preview Page of selected choices will be locked.
    11. Once a candidate locks his choices then no modification can be done in the preferences selected.
    12. Candidates will be given the option to “make payment” of fee online only after the choices are locked, Fee must be paid before the last date of fee submission.
    13. Candidates can submit fee after locking their choices and clicking on subject tab.
    14. Only those Applications will be accepted having choices locked and have fee submitted on time, Applications failing this criteria will be rejected.
  7. Making Fee Payment(Only by those who have not paid fee earlier):
    1. Fee will only be paid online before the last date of fee submission.
    2. Fee payment option will be given only after candidate locks his/her preferences.
    3. Click on “make payment” button, candidate will be redirected to Payment Page and make payment by choosing any available option.
    4. Payment Receipt will be generated after payment is successful.
    5. Candidate can take print out of the payment receipt.
  8. Result Card:
    1. To print Result Card login to your account and go to Profile tab, click on “Print Result Card” button at the bottom of the page.
  9. Password forgotten:
    1. Candidate can reset password of their account by going to login page clicking on “Forget Password” link, after entering StudentID and Date of Birth and Email will be sent to the email ID of the candidate
    2. Click on the link in the mail, candidate can now set new password.
